GR-MEGA firmware 1.1.3 release notes

new features:

- out of RAM popups instead of crashing
- RAM usage meter in system menu
- disk usage meter in system menu
- gr-1 patch/performance import
- overhaul of project screen interactions. [enter] on a project slot now prompts choices: rename, load, save, init  
- file chooser - load project / gr-1 performance - "all unsaved progress will be lost" dialogs
- firmware update with confirmation and choice between USB and Online
- adaptive CPU fan speed, temperature controlled
- MIDI output for play button off
- MIDI CC output for fx1 fx2 knobs, and lfo sync and lfo key trigger buttons
- MIDI program change output for preset buttons
- detent dead zone for grain window tilt and curve 
- grain visualization shows amplitude

changes: 

- better color (white) for triggered slices
- bigger grain graphics
- project menu - empty slots slots are explicitly called "Empty" for clarity. newly saved ones "New".

bugfixes:

- support for FAT usb sticks was broken
- crash with phase vocoder with small buffer size, and big fft size
- crash with tiny buffer in tape mode
- reverse grain wrapping had plops
- project init left existing presets intact
- menu shortcuts ([menu] + [preset1..8]) don't activate preset leds anymore
- you can't mess up your patch anymore by typing in names via your computer keyboard: removed some plain characters like shift+m (cycle synth mode), shift+v (cycle view mode), and replaced with alt+m, alt+v.
- project menu - name got overwritten with "New" when saving
- reverse scan no longer stuck in oneshot mode
- menu focus was lost after load/save
- direction CC output was clipped

known issues:

- pot pickups not implemented for a lot of controls
- large reverb room size modulation has crackles
- various MIDI CC's to still be implemented: glide, arp mode, scan mode, recording/sampling levels, window settings
