"the effects release", now sporting more than 100 modulation destinations

new features:

- new effect: chorus
- new effect: flanger
- new effect: ring+am modulator
- VU displays for compressor gain reduction and input power

changes:

- most effects now 100% wet by default 
- large reverb sounds as full as it was designed to do
- large reverb room mod disabled
- compressor ratio now displayed in "1:N" instead of XXX% 

bugfixes:

- crash when using fx1 fx2 in some cases
- crash in some rare cases of shift + encoder handling
- scan sync speed now like it should be
- non linear effects like compressor and distortion will now sound like they should when using multiple voices 
- dry/wet mixups between links in the fx chain

known issues:

- pot pickups not implemented for a lot of controls
- various MIDI CC's to still be implemented: glide, arp mode, scan mode, recording/sampling levels, window settings
