new features:

- compressor: vu meter for output level 

bugfixes:

- init project on a new slot, could not be used without saving a project there first 
- ring modulator: fine frequency now has cubic curve
- compressor: vu meter now shows gain reduction _after_ envelope

known issues:

- pot pickups not implemented for a lot of controls
- various MIDI CC's to still be implemented: glide, arp mode, scan mode, recording/sampling levels, window settings
