GR-MEGA firmware 1.2.5 release notes

A musically useful bugfix release..

bugfixes:

- granular modes: grain clock sync also acted like keysync.
- sequencer: when midi beat clock starts, it needed to be stopped twice. 
- file chooser: pressing [load] on a sample could load previously loaded sample that was loaded with [enter] button.
- paranoid sanity check on spray could cause crashes in rare cases. 

known issues:

- pot pickups not implemented for a lot of controls
- various MIDI CC's to still be implemented: glide, arp mode, scan mode, recording/sampling levels, window settings
