Bugfix release - essential if you use multi timbral a lot!

- #1328 support for MS extensible format wav files

bugfixes:

- #1307 init project - multi timbral presets ("stacks") were initialized in the old format (NNN.json), yet leaving all the existing json files intact. this led to unreachable mt presets! 
- #1063 default fx assigns for compressor and reducer 
- #1302 could toggle layer leds with lfo key trig button
- #1275 sequencer led buttons could disappear when focusing on layers 2, 3, and 4
- #1289 sequencer length modulation now works
- #1120 various small fixes for reverse scan looping
- #1320 ADSR Controls stuck in "Layer Mix" mode after toggling ADSR Curve ON/OFF
- #1333 sampling menu - LR channels were swapped

known issues:

- pot pickups not implemented for a lot of controls
- various MIDI CC's to still be implemented: glide, arp mode, scan mode, recording/sampling levels, window settings
