Bugfix release - essential if you use the sequencer a lot

changes:

- #1338 - effects menu - [shift] + [delete] now resets all fx values and assignments 

bugfixes:

- #1336 - bug introduced by sequencer length mod: firmware 1.2.6 saved sequencer length as 1! 1.2.7 corrects this 
- #1337 - adsr curve & layer mix buttons - changed behavior so that when they're off, they always go back to adsr

known issues:

- pot pickups not implemented for a lot of controls
- various MIDI CC's to still be implemented: glide, arp mode, scan mode, recording/sampling levels, window settings
