GR-MEGA firmware 1.4.3 release notes

A bugfix release.

bugfixes:

- layer volumes properly saved and recalled (it was possible to accidentally mute them)
- (1.4.3-a1) lfo phase knob stuck at 0.0% (introduced in 1.4.2)
- #1527 granular 0 loop crash (when loop start = loop end)
- #1464 hanging play button voices after removing and adding layers
- #1415 loud plops switching between sound engines (if sampler or tape preceded granular or slice)
- #1502 env display: sustain and amount looked logarithmic. they now look linear.
- #1515 sequencer: navigation jumps when entering menu, and then moving left or right 
- #1447 layer detached from physical controls (hasn't been reported or recorded for a while now, but can't hurt to preemptively fix)
- #1369 modulation of keytrack -> delay length broken (the fix adds modulation of polyphonic sources to monophonic destinations..)
- #1438 Hanging voices when switching to presets with low max polyphony.
- #1439 Init patch / project load - grain key trig, sync were not reflected. 
- #1378 scan pingpong could wrap when loop = whole sample. scan positions could drift between voices in pingpong mode. 
- #1501 soft detents on pots (Direction) (Tilt) (Curve) were badly calibrated
- #1489 File manager - in case a bunch of multi-line filenames are present: unable to see lowest item when scrolling  
- #1511 Window type switch (press buttons [Shift] + [Grain ratio]) didn't refresh display 
- #1412 slice mode + spectrogram view - cutoff visualization gone when zooming deep into slice
- #1533 factory reset became unavailable if you exit its confirmation dialog with the [menu] button
- display - when Layer mix button is active it also shows up in the top-right of the display
- #1285 renamed keysync -> keytrig

changes:

- #1455 Preset LEDs no longer used to represent menu tab 
- aux envelope assign (using physical [AUX] button + knobs) now directly sets amount in matrix. same for LFO dest assignments.
- #1431 (could also classify as bugfix) : sequencer - pressing bank buttons now display the chosen page / bar
- #1418 matrix menu - shortened copy/paste popup to 1s 

known issues:

- various MIDI CC's to still be implemented: glide, arp mode, scan mode, recording/sampling levels, window settings 
- high cpu load when connected to Macs via USB C, and using USB audio + MIDI + file sharing
