GR-MEGA firmware 1.4.4 release notes

A bugfix release.

bugfixes:

- protection against creating and saving out of bounds slices. 
- #1531 hanging midi notes when you disabled a layer and keys were still playing
- #1516 synced delay offset between rate preset text and sound ("1/6" sounded like 1/4)
- #1529 filter cutoffs per slice work again

- various MIDI CC's to still be implemented: glide, arp mode, scan mode, recording/sampling levels, window settings 
- high cpu load when connected to Macs via USB C, and using USB audio + MIDI + file sharing
