GR-MEGA firmware 1.4.5 release notes

A bugfix release.

bugfixes:

- #1544 project save - changes to preset in focus could be lost if the wrong multitimbral setup was used: multiple layers using the same preset, and active preset in the upper layer
- #1516 synced ping-pong delay offset between rate preset text and sound ("1/6" sounded like 1/4)
- #1541 Phase vocoder - Amp smear has a proper broad filter kernel now. Now it's finally effective. 
- Phase vocoder - amp threshold now has proper curve on the knob, like it should have had from the beginning. 
- #1550 Phase vocoder - MONO sample + FFT LEN 8192 -> gave static noise, and no spectrum display
- #1568 Scan (at 1.0x) drifted away from record 
- #1547 Menu button shortcut + escape -> led buttons indicated wrong preset
- #1530 Preset/bank LEDs: sequencer LEDs now always shown when you're in sequencer screen, or sequencer is playing, otherwise normal preset LEDs are shown
- #1538 lfo or aux env assignment to fx1 fx2 was missing
- #1583 Mod wheel range halved. gave weirdness with mod curve. corrected lfo amount graphics. 
- #1528 Scan Pingpong + Scan clocksync got stuck at loop start or end
- #1486 front panel mod section: shift + dest = source got lost when your turned Amount
- #1578 Save dialog -> Save renamed project .. name stayed the same 
- #1526 phase vocoder - fft len pot pickups locked at strange angles  
- #1564 sampler - with loop smaller < entire sample - grains had simple looping behavior and immediately got wrapped to loop area. now they can first slowly play towards the loop.   
- #1575 Kill all notes (holding play button for 3 seconds): first push on play afterwards did nothing. needed to be pressed again. 
- #1577 Load patch - grain key trig, grain sync LEDs didn't refresh after load 
- #1582 (1.4.5-a2) Load patch - layer LEDs were not refreshed
- #1412 slice sound engine + spectrogram - cutoff lines now also visible left of the first slice, or when there are no slices

changes:

- #1581 (1.4.5-a1) new shutdown procedure, that doesn't require you to hold the power button for seconds, but let's you press it once and then confirm 
- #1574 cpu fan boost, for QA procedure

known issues:

- various MIDI CC's to still be implemented: glide, arp mode, scan mode, recording/sampling levels, window settings 
- high cpu load when connected to Macs via USB C, and using USB audio + MIDI + file sharing
