GR-MEGA firmware 1.6.1 release notes

MIDI CC changes, and various bugfixes.

changes: 

- CC18 was removed. this duplicated CC7: patch volume.
- CC9: "dens" is now a composite CC. means with rate mode Free it will be Grain rate, with DensitySize it will be Density, and so on.

bug fixes:

- LFO amount CC's: CC95, CC96, CC105, CC111, forced polarity back to pos unipolar. 
- #1776 [Execute] didn't work in main screen dialogs (although [Enter] did, of course). 
- #1777 [Seq] button + direct shift OFF turned [Seq] button into a toggle, but this wasn't reflected by the LED. removed the toggle functionality for [Seq] button.

known issues:

- high cpu load when connected to Macs via USB C, and using USB audio + MIDI + file sharing
