GR-MEGA firmware 1.7.3 release notes

Bug fixes (mainly non-critical) and minor features.

new features:

- gr-2 - output cc/nrpn when turning encoders
- grain menu - grain compression - turn on to limit volume of large clouds. turn off if you want let a single cloud to punch through your mix.
- gr-mega - (mt)preset menu - button codes
- gr-mega - (mt)preset menu - scroll to preset selected with physical buttons

bugfixes:

- gr-mega - restore focus to last used widget when re-entering menu. new tile menu now behaves like old tab menu, in this respect. 
- scrolling rec - fix scan rate to 1.0. was accidentally set at 0.75.
- touchscreen/mouse - some cycling buttons refused to be clicked, and only worked with physical gr-mega buttons or USB keyboard
- gr-2 - fix popup dismiss on open by touch. 
- gr-2 - pull panel graphics cleanup.
- gr-mega - fine tune pitch has same OSD text as normal pitch control
- file chooser - corrupt/unsupported file errors always reported back to user, instead of crashing.
