New features:

- Update files can use the extension .tce to avoid confusion when web browsers auto-unzip the update file.
- Adding an underscore to the end of the update filename will prevent the Integral from removing the file, to simplify production.
  Note: Remove the USB drive when rebooting to stop the Integral from trying to update again and again.

Changes:

- Modified Automatic Gain Correction provides around 6dB of extra dynamic range, the clipping indicator will show in yellow when the AGC is active.
- Shift + select in file chooser to cancel and reload previous impulse response.

Bug fixes:

- Fixed midi monitor not showing channel and previous messages.
