GR-1 Firmware 2.2.1
A nice bugfix release to correct restoring of multitimbral setups, and correct a some other annoyances too.

Bug fixes:
- Direct tuning (opposite of "granular glide") was malfunctioning for some grains..
- "Recycle" spawn mode fixed.
- Problems when saving patches with dots in the names.
- Preset names in multitimbral mode don't always update after performance load.
- Preset numbers not correctly reflected on LEDs after disabling part.
- Correct part in focus after performance load.
Known issues:
- Clicks in distortion fx (similar to snare instrument pick up noise) when multiple voices triggering/releasing..
